Most property management agencies and companies charge the owners of the rental properties they manage a percentage of the monthly rent collected. In most cases, this percentage is the same regardless of what the monthly rent may be.
At HOTCALi, we do things a little differently.
Rather than a single percentage rate charged on collected rents, our graduated commission rate structure is based on the monthly rent obtained for your property.

| $1,051/Month to $1,350/Month | 9% |
| $1,351/Month to $1,650/Month | 8% |
| $1,651/Month to $1,950/Month | 7% |
| $1,951/Month and Above | 6% |
